Over the 28 days we will come together to create new habits and lifestyle choices for your mind, body & soul! This is not about pushing your self to the limits, counting calories or controlling our portions, this programme is about making sustainable changes by developing awareness about what you are putting in your body?

So what’s included in the challenge?


You will receive:

  • 3 x 30 min Online Movement Classes per week**

What to expect....

I’ve made the programme easy to follow and I will be there to guide and support you the whole way through.

As it is January you have the option to make it a DRY one, which I recommend to completely immerse yourself & support your journey over the 30 days, but this is of course optional. 

*Whole-Food, Plant-Based diet is optional if you choose to eat Meat, Fish & Dairy that is okay you will be supported to make informed choices over the 4 weeks.

**Livestream classes will be via Zoom & you will have access to all the recordings throughout the 28 days, (classes will include yoga, strength & condition & meditation).


In the 1st week we will ease ourselves in gently and you will get access to shopping lists, meal planners & online classes.

This week is all about PREPARATION and TRANSITION to give you a better chance of succeeding. We will meet online which will give you the opportunity to ask any questions and address any possible barriers including our self-limiting beliefs, lack of support, cravings etc, before getting started the following week.
