Autumn is coming....can you feel it? That urge and calling to start retreating inwards.
Next week sees not only the full moon on Tuesday 21st but also the Autumn Equinox on Wednesday 22nd September where the day and night are of equal length before the nights start to get darker. 
This time of year encourages you to slow down after the high energy of the summer months and ground yourself. 


It's the perfect opportunity for reflection and introspection to look at everything you have achieved this year (harvested) and to let go of anything that no longer serves you as we head into the last part of the year.


To help you to reset, re-focus and connect to your inner wisdom to support your growth I would love for you to join my free Online Awaken with Autumn yoga, breathwork & meditation practice on Tuesday 21st September at 7am via Zoom which will include a journalling worksheet to cultivate a sense of awareness, gratitude, focus, and most importantly – balance.
