Hi I'm Natasha

I am an Ayurveda Diet & Lifestyle Coach, Yoga, Pilates & Meditation Teacher & Breathwork Facilitator.


I became passionate about Ayurveda after a long journey of trying to get to the root of irregular menstrual cycle and hormonal imbalance in 2016.

Ayurveda supported me to get to the root cause and a simple way to heal naturally and get my life back.


Now I want to share the transformative and healing benefits of Ayurveda with as many people as I can and help you reduce the anxiety, overwhelm and stress of trying to find the right solution for you. We shouldn’t need a medical degree or have to spend endless hours scrolling the internet for answers. 


During the AYURVEDA for DAILY LIVING masterclass I will show you the same simple steps I use to improve your health and wellbeing so that you can start to live life to your full potential.
