Join me for a POWERFUL & TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHWORK JOURNEY to welcome in the Autumn Equinox the time of year were we are called to tune into the slower energy of Autumn and come home to ourselves. During the evening we will start with a balancing breathwork practice to RELAX and GROUND our nervous system. We will then move into a Conscious Connected Breathwork & Meditation journey to support you to LET GO of what isn’t serving you & remove any stagnant energy, allowing you to ACTIVATE your INNER POWER and WISDOM and find clarity as you move into a new season full of potential, growth and expansion. Ending with time to integrate your experience with like-minded women in a safe, nurturing and held space. WHAT IS CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK? Conscious Connected Breathwork is a simple yet effective breathwork technique that involves controlling your breathing pattern to regulate your nervous system. Breathing in this way supports you to not only reconnect to your breath but also your true nature as you allow space for deep self- awareness, emotional integration, and higher states consciousness. In doing so we can experience a release of stress, tension, pain, and trauma stored in our bodies which is responsible for physical, mental, and emotional blockages in our systems.
