Welcome in the season of Autumn which encourages us to slow down after the high energy of the summer months with an evening of self-care to support you to unwind, rest, relax & reconnect to yourself. During the class we will move through a slow flowing restorative & nourishing yin yoga practice which will include the use of myofascial release massage balls to help you pause, release tightness & deep rooted tensions as well as stresses stored in your physical, mental, and emotional body. We will finish with some breathwork & Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) to help you to fully rest & restore. This class is suitable for all levels and is perfect for anyone who is recovering from injury or illness, stress & anxiety, sleep problems or if you just want to simply relax and take time out for yourself.
