I love teaching and learning about yoga and as cliché, as it may sound, yoga is now a way of life for me.

If you open yourself up to the possibilities of yoga, then it becomes so much more than a physical practice.
It becomes your sanctuary of inner peace and a practice that empowers you and reconnects you to your body, mind and soul.

The philosophical element of yoga has been one of the most important parts of my transformation as it asks for self-enquiry, to dig deep, to step out of your subconscious mind and live consciously and with awareness. In doing so you start to live more consciously, make healthy choices and cultivate more love and compassion towards yourself and others.
