The following terminology applies to this agreement: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Business,” “the Company,” “Natasha Fullerton-The SHE Coach,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us,” refers to our business, Natasha Fullerton-The SHE Coach.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United Kingdom. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or, he/she, or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

The client understands that their participation in any of services on offer is not intended to treat or diagnose any disease, illness, or ailment. If the client experiences any such issues, they should consult their registered healthcare professional.
The client understands that Natasha Fullerton - The S.H.E Coach has not promised, nor shall be obligated to:
Guarantee success in the client's business, results, or sales.
Provide ongoing coaching or mentorship assistance with the client.
The client understands that the relationship between the parties will end upon the conclusion of services.

Natural Therapy Considerations
The coaching and services provided by Natasha Fullerton - The S.H.E Coach may involve natural therapeutic activities such as lifestyle adjustments, dietary changes, or other holistic approaches. While these are generally considered safe, there may be some risks associated with the recommended program or individual components.

Clients should be aware that:
- Herbs, dietary supplements, or other natural products recommended may cause allergic reactions in some people.
- Certain natural products may be inappropriate during pregnancy or while nursing.
- Natural products may interact with prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, or other supplements.

Clients are advised to consult their doctor before using any herbs, supplements, or starting any new natural therapy programmes.

Clients should also notify all their healthcare providers, including pharmacists, to monitor for potential interactions.
If a client experiences any unexpected or unpleasant effects from a recommended product or activity, they should discontinue use and immediately contact their doctor.

Medical Consultation and Oversight
The coaching and services provided by Natasha Fullerton - The S.H.E Coach are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Clients should not rely on this program as a substitute for professional medical evaluation, diagnosis or treatment.

Clients are responsible for notifying Natasha Fullerton and their own healthcare providers if they have, develop, or plan to become pregnant with any physical or medical conditions.

Natasha Fullerton is not a licensed medical professional. Any findings or recommendations from services that suggest an unevaluated medical condition may result in a referral to a qualified healthcare provider, but Natasha Fullerton is not obligated to identify, evaluate or act on any potential medical issues.
Results and Outcomes
The results and outcomes of participating in Natasha Fullerton's coaching programmes can vary widely based on individual factors. Natasha Fullerton does not guarantee or assure any specific results, improvements or outcomes for clients.

REFUNDS and CANCELLATION OF SERVICE

All refunds are discretionary. However if the purchase contains digital content due to the instant access to this no refund will be given.
To cancel an order, send your request to natasha@natashafullerton.com. The Client must clearly state their decision to cancel, the reason for said cancellation, and their preferred method of reimbursement.

Reimbursement for refunds will be provided by the best available method, based on the Client’s situation and at the discretion of Natasha Fullerton-The SHE Coach. If applicable a 5% transaction fee of the refund amount will apply and be subtracted from all refunds.
If the Client cancels after beginning sessions and/or receiving services with Natasha Fullerton-The SHE Coach, the Client will not have the right to cancel or request a refund.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, inappropriate or offensive behaviour from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behaviour from the Client. Natasha Fullerton-The SHE Coach, will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of Natasha Fullerton-The SHE Coach, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.

Non-COVID related cancellation refund requests

Sessions
​
A cancellation period of 48 hours is required for 1-2-1 sessions. Events, courses & workshops are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted our terms and conditions and understand that all purchases are non refundable.

Retreats

Retreat Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

PAYMENT DETAILS
A minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your place at our yoga retreats. You may choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking. When you sign up, you will receive an email with payment details to pay the remainder of the balance any time. The balance is due 30 days prior to your retreat’s start date.
If the remaining amount is not yet paid by the 30th day prior the start date, we will assume that you no longer wish to join the retreat, and your place will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. To avoid this, just keep in touch with us by and explain your situation if needed so that we can support you to find a solution together.
We can also offer a payment plan with instalments – again just send us an email to discuss this further.
CANCELLATIONS FOR BOOKINGS
Unfortunately, if cancellation is made 0-30 days from the yoga retreat start date your booking at this stage is non-refundable.
Please ensure your purchase travel insurance with appropriate Covid-19 / illness cover, to protect your investment.

If you cancel 61+ days from the yoga retreat start date we will refund your balance paid minus your 30% non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel 31-60 days from the yoga retreat start date: If you have already paid the full fee, you will receive a full refund minus 10% admin fee & 30% non-refundable deposit.
You can choose to reschedule your retreat to another date that suits you better in the future, without 10% admin fee.
Get in touch early if you need to cancel for whatever reason. We will do our best to re-sell your place, which we have a better chance doing if you let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to resell your place, we will be more than happy to give you a refund from the full amount paid, minus 10% admin fee. However, if you only paid the deposit, we are only able to offer a refund on this, in exceptional cases.
Refunds cannot be made:

If your transport (train/air etc.) is cancelled

No-shows, i.e. you don’t cancel and you don’t let us know that you won’t be attending, or if you cancel at such short notice that we are unable to re-sell your place

Any illnesses —> please purchase appropriate travel insurance to protect your investment
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat for any reason. This would only happen in exceptional circumstances resulting us not being able to offer the retreat as advertised, or if the minimum number of participants to run the retreat is not met, or in case of Force Majeure. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as we have knowledge of the cancellation and will refund you the full GBP amount you paid us in respect of the workshop / retreat.
We cannot be hold liable for any expenses which you may have incurred, such as travel, holiday days or exchange rate losses.
IMPORTANT: We ask that you please do not travel if you have tested positive for Coronavirus or any other infectious illness. Please keep yourself, us and our fellow participants safe by staying at home if this happens. Please take out travel insurance that offers appropriate coverage to avoid any financial difficulties if this happens. If ever in doubt, please get in touch with us.

We very much recommend that you purchase travel insurance as it’s best to be prepared for any eventualities that might happen. Travel insurance will protect you if you need to cancel within 30 days of the retreat depending on the policy you go for, and it could help with delayed, cancelled or missed flights: theft or damage of belongings, and emergency healthcare.
It's not the most glamorous part of planning a trip, but it means you can relax knowing that you'll be covered if anything happens.
Upon booking your retreat, we ask that you agree to our Terms and Conditions, including our Cancellation Policy; to ensure you are fully aware of the above.
By having completed the booking and paid the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and understood both of these policies.
Cancellations are rare, but it’s good to be familiar with these rules.

WEATHER
Whilst we’ll pray to the weather gods, including doing as many Surya Namaskars in advance as possible, we cannot guarantee sunny weather! There are plenty of things to do inside in our free time, so you’ll be well taken care of, even in the possible event of rain or snow :)
COVID CANCELLATIONS

Sessions
​
If the client or Natasha Fullerton tests positive for Covid Online sessions will not be refunded, instead a rescheduled appointment will be given.
If the event is in person & either the client or Natasha Fullerton tests positive for Covid you will be given a credit voucher towards the rescheduled or another event.

Retreats
​
If we cannot move forward with the yoga retreat as a result of COVID and your booking is cancelled, you will get a full refund minus your deposit which will be moved to the rescheduled retreat if this is arranged.
If there is a travel ban from your country of origin to the yoga retreat destination and you cancel your booking for this reason, you will get a full refund minus the deposit which will be refunded as a credit voucher.
If all flights are cancelled from your country of origin to the yoga retreat destination and there is no way of you reaching the yoga retreat destination, you will get a full refund, minus the deposit which will be refunded as a credit voucher.
If we move forward with the yoga retreat and you decide to cancel your booking for personal reasons – Covid or other these refund policy’s apply.
