Terms & Conditions

The following terminology applies to this agreement: “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refers to the person accessing this website and booking services. “The Business,” “The Company,” “Natasha Fullerton – The S.H.E Coach,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refers to Natasha Fullerton – The S.H.E Coach.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered via https://natashafullerton.com, including coaching, workshops, courses, and retreats. By booking or participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. Services and Participation

Our services are for educational, personal growth, and holistic wellness purposes.

Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

Clients participate at their own risk and accept full responsibility for their decisions and outcomes.

Results from coaching programs, workshops, or retreats may vary based on individual circumstances. The Company makes no guarantees of outcomes, results, or success.


2. Health, Natural Therapies, and Safety

Services may include lifestyle adjustments, dietary suggestions, or holistic practices.

Clients must consult their healthcare providers before starting any new therapy, supplement, or lifestyle program.

Herbs, dietary supplements, or other natural products may cause allergic reactions, interact with medications, or be unsuitable for pregnancy or nursing. Clients are responsible for ensuring suitability.

If any adverse reactions occur, clients must discontinue use and contact their healthcare provider immediately.


3. Booking, Payment, and Deposits

Some services or events may require a deposit, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Full payment is due by the date specified at the time of booking.

Payments may be made online through the checkout system or via offline payment methods (bank transfer, etc.).


4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

General Services:

Refunds are at the Company’s sole discretion. A 10% transaction fee may be deducted if a refund is granted.

Services that have already commenced or been provided (e.g. digital)are non-refundable.

The Company may terminate services due to inappropriate or unsafe client behaviour; refunds for terminated services are at the Company’s discretion.

1:1 Sessions:

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Workshops, Courses, and Events:

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.


5. Retreat Booking, Payment & Refund Policy

Deposit & Payment

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place at a retreat.

Full payment can be made at booking if preferred.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat start date.

Payments may be made online or via offline methods (bank transfer, etc.).

Cancellation & Refunds

0–30 days prior to retreat: Bookings are non-refundable.

31–60 days prior: Refund of amount paid minus 30% deposit and 10% admin fee (if full payment made).

61+ days prior: Refund of balance paid minus 30% deposit.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your retreat to a future date without incurring the 10% admin fee if you notify us in advance.

Exceptional Circumstances

If the retreat is cancelled by the Company due to unforeseen events (e.g., force majeure, low participant numbers, or venue issues), you will receive a full refund of payments made, including the deposit.

Travel, accommodation, or other personal costs incurred by clients are not covered by the Company—please ensure you have appropriate travel insurance.

COVID Policy

If the Client or Company tests positive for COVID before an in-person retreat, a credit voucher will be issued for a rescheduled retreat.

If travel restrictions prevent attendance, refunds will be issued minus the deposit, or the deposit can be applied to a future retreat.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have travel insurance to cover COVID-related cancellations or other emergencies.

Important Notes

All retreat bookings are non-transferable.

Clients are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and insurance.

Early communication is encouraged to maximise options for rescheduling or partial refunds.


6. COVID-19 and Force Majeure

Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances, may result in changes or cancellations.

The Company is not liable for any losses incurred due to such events.


7. Behaviour and Conduct

Clients must act respectfully towards other participants and the environment.

Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate removal from services or events without refund.


8. Photography and Media

Photographs or videos may be taken during services, events, or retreats for promotional purposes.

Clients may request not to be photographed by notifying the Company in advance.


9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in services or retreats.

Clients accept that they participate at their own risk and waive any claims against the Company for health, lifestyle, or personal outcomes.


10. Privacy

Client information is collected and stored securely in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.


11. Acceptance

By booking or participating in any services, workshops, or retreats, Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including cancellation and refund policies.
