What people are saying?

Natasha is an excellent Ayurvedic coach. Her calming and personable presence puts one at ease as she supports you in this new lifestyle.

During my time with her I never felt like a failure if I hadn’t implemented everything from the week before, which made me more motivated to find ways to realistically set my own progress and process.

Her guided meditations were relaxing and grounding.

I highly recommend her services if you are considering starting on your own Ayurvedic journey.

What is Ayurveda?

Originating in India over 5,000 years ago, Ayurveda which means “science of life” is an ancient holistic health system that aims to get to the root cause of the issues affecting our physical, mental and emotional health.

Incorporating diet, lifestyle, herbalism, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation it offers a greater understanding of our mind, body and spirit and a healing path back to our true nature.

Why take part in a cleanse?

In Ayurveda it's believed that all DIS-EASE starts in the gut and mind. And in order to either prevent this or alleviate symptoms of imbalance Ayurveda centres around the formula of:

REDUCING stress.
IMPROVING digestion and gut health.
REMOVING toxins causing imbalances and making us sick.
INCREASING our immunity, energy and vitality for life.

The system recommends seasonal cleanses, at the start of Spring and Autumn to reset our body clock and remove the build up any toxins, that may have accumulated during the previous season from food, stress, and other factors. This ensures that we maintain balance and harmony in our bodies and prevent disease.

Join me in this 5 Week programme and discover more about the simple but effective holistic health principles of Ayurveda that meets you exactly where you are and supports you back to a place of wholeness by improving your gut health, detoxing your body and increasing your energy and vitality.

In a world filled with various wellness practices, Ayurveda really stands out as this ancient holistic approach to health that has withstood the test of time.

Hi I'm Natasha

I am a Trauma Informed, Ayurveda Holistic Health and Wellbeing Practitioner, Yoga, Pilates & Meditation Teacher & Breathwork Facilitator.

I became passionate about Ayurveda after a long journey of trying to get to the root of irregular menstrual cycle and hormonal imbalance in 2016.

Ayurveda supported me to get to the root cause and a simple way to heal naturally and get my life back.

Now I want to share the transformative and healing benefits of Ayurveda with as many people as I can and help you reduce the anxiety, overwhelm and stress of trying to find the right solution for you. We shouldn’t need a medical degree or have to spend endless hours scrolling the internet for answers.

During this SPRING AWAKENING GROUP CLEANSE I will show you the same simple steps I use to improve your health and wellbeing so that you can start to live life to your full potential.
