Belief Coding®️ is a personal development modality that uses elements of Psychology, NLP, CBT, EFT, Meditation, Matrix-Reimprinting, Emotion Coding, Kinesiology and Energy Healing to safely tap into our subconscious mind to understand where certain thoughts, feelings and beliefs come from.

 

In doing so we are able to reframe those beliefs by releasing the energetic blocks attached to them that stop us from achieving our full potential in life. Research tells us that our core beliefs are generally formed by the age of seven years old hence the saying “Show me the child at seven and I will show you the man”

Perhaps some of these beliefs sound familiar:

“I'm not organised”
“Nothing ever goes right for me”
'l will never be confident to ...”
“Everyone else is better than me”
“I am not good enough...”
“Nobody likes me”
“ I always attract bad luck”
“I've never got any money”
“I always make the wrong decision”

Our belief systems form our reality, our character, and the foundation of who we are. We all have limiting beliefs, but we rather than accepting them we CAN change them. The beauty of knowing this, is also the key to knowing that once we transform our belief systems, we transform our life!
