WHO AM I?

Hello, I'm Natasha - Women’s Holistic Health & Wellbeing Coach & Mentor.

My offerings weave together Ayurveda, Yoga, Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Mindset Coaching to support deep soul level healing and transformation.

I have over 13 years of health and social care experience, including a degree in social work, and 43 years of lived experience. I’ve walked the path of childhood trauma, autoimmune conditions, alcohol misuse, premature menopause at 34, and a deep disconnection from myself amongst other challenges. Believe me when I say I know what it means to feel broken and not enough.
Ayurveda and Yoga supported me to get to the root cause of my life challenges and a simplistic path of true healing that happens when we create harmony in all areas of our life.
Now I am passionate about sharing the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda that can easily be woven into modern day living with as many women as possible so they can awaken to their feminine power, feel vibrant, connected and in tune with their bodies again.

What are the dates?
The cleanse starts on Monday 1st September at 7.30pm The following lives will take on 7th, 14th, 21st & 25th September.

What if I can’t make the lives?
All sessions will be recorded and available for viewing within 24 hours after the session.
How will I access the course?
A comprehensive cleanse information pack will be sent out nearer the time, containing everything you need to know for the cleanse, including detailed instructions ,zoom links, recipes, and guidance. You will also be added to a What's App group for support, discussions, and updates throughout the cleanse.

What dietary requirements are involved?
The cleanse typically involves reducing or eliminating processed foods, caffeine, alcohol, refined sugars, and dairy products. Instead, you'll consume a whole-foods diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and specific Ayurvedic herbs and spices.

What should I expect during the cleanse?
During the cleanse, you may experience temporary side effects such as headaches, fatigue, digestive discomfort, or mood changes as toxins are released from the body. However if you follow the gradual preparation stage this will help to limit these symptoms.

During the active cleanse phase it is advised to avoid strenuous workouts, as the cleanse can temporarily reduce energy levels. It also a great time to just allow your body to rest & restore.

How do I transition back to my regular diet after the cleanse?
