Join me & Samm Anga for a transformative collaboration of breath and sound. Let us guide you through a Conscious Connected Breathwork session alongside a specially curated hypnotic sound journey including gong, bowls, chimes, and therapeutic bass. For ‘Shedding’, we are honouring the Lunar New Year, as we enter the ‘Year of The Snake.’ Often a misunderstood creature, snakes spiritually represent letting go; the releasing the old to reveal the new. As this ceremony also falls on ‘Imbolc,' the beginning of the transition to spring, we readily welcome newness and the slow awakening of life in the powerful space between when something ends and what follows next. As your breath deepens and the music flows, you’ll be guided to move beyond your conscious mind into the depths of your subconscious. In this space of awareness, you’ll have the opportunity to release thoughts, feelings and emotions that no longer serve you, opening up to reconnect with your authentic self. WHAT IS CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK? Conscious Connected Breathwork is a simple yet effective breathwork technique that involves controlling your breathing pattern. Breathing in this way supports you to not only reconnect to your breath but also your true nature as you allow space for deep self- awareness, emotional integration, and higher states consciousness. In doing so we can experience a release of stress, tension, pain, and trauma stored in our bodies which is responsible for physical, mental, and emotional blockages in our systems.
